Welcome to Coach Analysis Pro. By submitting videos to Coach Analysis Pro for analysis, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

By accessing and using the Coach Analysis Pro service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our service.

Coach Analysis Pro provides a service where users can submit videos for analysis. Our expert team will review and analyse the submitted videos, then provide feedback in the form of a PDF document sent to the email address provided within 5 working days of submission.

• Content: Videos must feature children engaging in coaching sessions, with the coach's voice being clearly audible.
• Format: Videos must be in a commonly accepted format (e.g., MP4, MOV).
• Quality: Videos should be clear and of sufficient quality to allow for detailed analysis.
• Length: Videos must not exceed 20 minutes in length.

By submitting videos, you confirm that:

• You have obtained consent from the parents or guardians of all children featured in the video.
• You have obtained consent from the coach and any other individuals who appear or can be heard in the video.
• You grant Coach Analysis Pro the right to analyse the video and use it for the purpose of providing feedback.

• Data Protection: Coach Analysis Pro is committed to protecting your privacy. We will handle all personal information and videos in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Confidentiality: The content of your videos and the feedback provided will be kept confidential and will not be shared with any third parties without your explicit consent.

• Timeline: Feedback will be provided within 5 working days from the date of video submission.
• Method: Feedback will be delivered via a PDF document sent to the email address provided during submission.

• Ownership: You retain all rights to the videos you submit. By submitting a video, you grant Coach Analysis Pro a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, modify, and reproduce the video solely for the purpose of providing the requested analysis and feedback.
• Proprietary Rights: The feedback provided by Coach Analysis Pro is for your personal use and may not be distributed, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without our written consent.

Coach Analysis Pro will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of the service or any feedback provided. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coach Analysis Pro and its employees from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of our service or your violation of these terms and conditions.

Coach Analysis Pro reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised terms on our website. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
